I've been where you are..

For years, I worked hard, checked every box, and still felt stuck. I was showing up to meetings but not being heard, pushing for the next level but never quite breaking through. On paper, I was successful but inside, I was doubting myself, second-guessing every move, and wondering if I truly belonged.

As one of the few women in a male-dominated industry, I often felt like I had to work twice as hard to prove my worth. I wanted to grow, to lead, to make an impact, but I didn’t have the roadmap. And more often than not, I felt completely alone.

It wasn’t until I got radically clear about what I wanted that things started to change. I invested in myself, building my communication skills, strengthening my confidence, and surrounding myself with an incredible network of women who were chasing big dreams too. That’s when things started to click. The promotions came. The pay raises came. And most importantly, I started building a career that actually felt like me.

Today, I’m still a corporate leader, a busy working mom of two, and someone with a passionate side hustle but I’m no longer living in burnout. Because burnout wasn’t the problem misalignment was. Once I started making bold moves, everything shifted.

Now, my mission is to help other women do the same, to get clear, get confident, and start building success their way.

My Story.

 

I’ve spent over 20 years in the homebuilding industry a space where women still make up only a small fraction of the room. I started as a sales intern and worked my way up to Director of Sales, learning firsthand what it takes to rise in a male-dominated field. But my path wasn’t a straight climb. It was full of no’s, detours, demotions, and pivots I never saw coming.

At one point, I even stepped away from corporate altogether to try entrepreneurship full time, chasing alignment, not just achievement. Eventually, I found my way back to corporate, but this time on my own terms. Today, I’m proud to have built a career I love and a mission that fuels me: helping other women, like you, make bold moves and lead their way.
